As of today, I've decided that having a separate blog for the Southwest School of Art & Craft's metals program may just be too much, since the school plans to implement a new website with the addition of a school-wide blog. Instead, I'm going to redirect my time to getting work examples of instructors and outstanding student works added to a section of the metal program area of the school site. Sorry for the confusion. Below are some links to redirect you

New Year...New Chair...New Blog
Here it is!...The Southwest School of Art and Craft's Metals program blog.
The intentions of this blog will help notify members of our community, neighboring schools of art, other metalsmithing/jewelry programs and anyone else interested in events specific to the Metals Program at SSAC. Additionally, events hosted at other venues, but still of possible interest will be posted. And let's not forget our students! Student works, as they are created and documented will be added to this blog as well.
Good luck to everyone with the new year!
